Matt received a B.A. in philosophy in 2003 from the University of Virginia, where he was inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and served as a senior columnist for both The Cavalier Daily and The Angle magazine. He began his legal education at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Scholars in Law academic merit scholarship. He completed his legal education in 2007 at the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was the recipient of the Chancellor’s academic merit scholarship and served as a senior staff member for The Kentucky Law Journal.
He was previously an associate with Olson, Cannon, Gormley & Desruisseaux (now Olson, Cannon, Gormley, Angulo & Stoberski) and Mainor Wirth LLP and has extensive experience in the areas of general civil litigation, tort, personal injury, products liability, and insurance bad faith. Matt was been with the McNutt Law Firm since 2013.
