Professional Summary

Mark received a B.S. in biochemistry in 1995 from the University of Illinois.  He received his juris doctorate in 2011 from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada Boyd School of Law, where he was the editor-in-chief of the Nevada Law Journal and received the James E. Rogers Outstanding Scholastic Achievement award.  While in school, Mark was a judicial extern for the Honorable James C. Mahan in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. 

After graduating from law school, Mark began his law career as an associate at Bailey Kennedy, LLP practicing complex commercial litigation.  Mark later practiced personal injury law for a Utah firm and joined the McNutt Law Firm in 2023.  Mark has tried multiple bench and jury trials to verdict.  Mark has an extensive business and entrepreneurial background apart from the practice of law and brings this practical experience to his work with business clients involved in litigation.  Mark has experience in general civil litigation, negligence, fraud, breach of contract, and appellate work.
