Prior to law school, Dan was an enlisted and commissioned Infantry Marine. After law school, Dan began his legal career at Lionel Sawyer & Collins. Dan formed the McNutt Law Firm in 2004 and has continuously represented business and business owners in legal disputes that include all aspects of the business litigation process from pre-lawsuit counsel through trial.
